Circuits in plastics processing

As far as the microbial load and its consequences are concerned, this really should not be underestimated. Firstly, the molds are very expensive depending on the requirements of the injection molded part, and secondly, the quality of the molded part drops significantly if the cooling temperature is not maintained.

Microbial incrustations reduce heat transfer. As a result, the molds can oxidize, depending on the material properties. Rust pustules are the result.

In addition, the molded parts are cooled in already contaminated cooling water. These are therefore very important reasons why permanent decontamination of the cooling water is necessary. Based on our experience, we can ensure this task without much effort by using a hydrolyte. This not only kills all germs very effectively, but also provides the often necessary scale protection.
