TPU-coated Connflex\u00ae-Fabric AF\/FDA CON701<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The special requirements in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical und Food Industry <\/strong>inspired us to develop the innovative TPU-coated Connflex\u00ae<\/strong>-Fabric AF\/FDA CON702.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This product is highly interesting for the application in hazardous areas in two ways. First the Bekinex-threads in the polyester mesh are electrically conductive and second the while using the TPU- coating the fabric is conductive<\/strong> and at the same time<\/strong> also FDA-, EU- and Halal compliant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Connflex\u00ae<\/strong>-Fabric AF\/FDA CON702 is extremely heard-wearing and has a tear strength of 3000 N per 50 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is thermally weldable and the Connflex\u00ae<\/strong>-Connection technique ensures a GMP-<\/strong>compliant and mostly pressure and vacuum resistant construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connflex\u00ae<\/strong>-Fabrics are acid and base resistant and also with limited resistance usable for application with solvents<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Uncoated Connflex\u00ae-Fabric AF\/FDA CON702 for challenging bulk solids<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The polyester product Connflex\u00ae-Fabric AF\/FDA CON702 <\/strong>is extremely heard-wearing. Bekinex threads ensure that the product is conductive and usable for hazardous applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fabric is very flexible, breathable and resistant to kneading<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CONNFLEX\u00ae<\/sup>– CON730, CON738 and CON780 – polyester-based polyurethane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Consist of static conductive polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane compound (FDA approved).
Very flexible, transparent, FDA-approved coating, static conductive, outstanding abrasion resistance, operating temperature 80 \u00b0C, regard material resistance, applicable in ATEX Zone 1\/21. Material lends itself for horizontal and vertical vibration and misalignment of axis. Pressure resistant: 0,3 bar, under pressure resistant: -0,5 bar.
Only limited solvent resistant. Operating temperature compared to FEP material rather low.

CONNFLEX\u00ae<\/sup>– CON750 and CON760 – PTFE-Laminate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our PTFE Laminate is for product contact inside white FDA approved, outside it is black for the static dissipation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flexible, FDA-approved laminate, outside black\/product contact inside white, static conductive, good tensile strength, operating temperature > 200\u00b0C, Solvent resistant against the most known solvents like isopropyl alcohol, toluol, ethanol and cyclohexane and is alkali-resistant. Material lends itself for horizontal and vertical vibration and misalignment of axis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-transparent. Limited pressure and under pressure resistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very good flexibility like fabric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
